PcP’s headquarter is located in Vildbjerg in Denmark, and the company is represented in 9 European markets worldwide with wholly owned subsidiaries in Norway, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and United Kingdom. PcP was founded by Peder Christian Pedersen in 1927 and employs some 280 people.
John Nielsen, Group CEO of PcP since 2006, will remain in his position and retain 5% of the shareholding in the company.
