PcP Corporation (formerly known as PF Group A/S) is the parent company of PcP and owns a range of other Danish and international companies. PcP Corporation’s companies act as individual entities and provide strong competencies to the entire group.

As of 30th June 2022, the Swedish listed company Lagercrantz Group acquired 95% of the group PcP Corporation A/S shares. John Nielsen has been Group CEO of PcP since 2006 and owns 5% of the shareholding in the company. Lagercrantz Group is a technology group that offers value-creating technical solutions based on proprietary products and products from leading suppliers. The group comprises some 60 companies; each business is focused on a specific submarket, a niche. PcP Corporation is part of Lagercrantz Division TecSec, which offers various products and solutions in the growing area of security and surveillance.
PcP is based in Denmark, with subsidiaries in Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the UK. We are also present in other markets worldwide, with support from our home markets and Export Sales office.
Management
Together with CEO John Nielsen, the management consists of five members representing Commercial Excellence, Finance, R&D and Operations. The management has extensive experience from other international companies.
